Ingredients
- Obento Panko Crumb
- Pork Sirloin Steak 1pc
- Flour 1 tablespoon
- Egg 1pc
- Salt 0.5 teaspoon
- Black pepper 0.5 teaspoon
Method
- Add salt & pepper to pork sirloin steak, dip it in flour to ensure all sides are covered with flour
- Beat up one egg, then dip the steak into the egg. Then cover all sides of the steak into panko crumb.
- In a pan, add cooking oil to one inch deep. Heat the oil to 150 degrees. Deep fried the panko crumb covered pork sirloin steak in oil for 3 mins on each side.
