Ingredients
- 1 tsp Chang!s sesami oil
 - 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Ker soy sauce
 - 3 tablespoon ABC kecap manis
 - 1 tsp Squid fish sauce
 - 1 tsp Sambal oelek
 - 1 tablespoon sweet Chili sauce
 - Fried shallots
 - 4 Eggs
 - 1 onion
 - 3 spring onions
 - 1 chopped carrot
 - 1/4 Shredded Chinese cabbage
 - 300g Banana Prawns
 - 1 cup cooked rice (stored in fridge previous night)
 - 3 cloves garlic
 
Method
- Combine kecap manis, soy sauce, and sweet chilli sauce in a jug
 - Heat oil in wok and and add onion, garlic, sambal olek, fish sauce and carrot. Stir fry for 1 minute
 - Add prawns and stir fry until coloured pink.
 - Add rice, soy sauce mixture and cabbage and stir fry for 2 minutes
 - Fry eggs in separate fry pan.
 - Place rice mixture in bowls and top each with unbroken fried egg. Sprinkle over fried shallots and serve.
