
Ingredients
- Two bunches Soba noodles
- Handful each of snow peas, snap peas, edamame beans and one small carrot
- 250g Prawns
- Dressing made of grated onion, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons Bento Rice Wine Vinegar, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey or sugar, 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- One sheet of nori
Method
- Boil noodles for four minutes, drain in cold water and set aside
- Blanch snow peas, snap peas, edamame beans and rinse in cold water
- Finely chop carrot, shred snow peas
- BBQ prawns for 2 minutes until done
- Mix all the dressing ingredients together
- Combine all ingredients except for nori and and distribute dressing evenly
- Sprinkle with chopped up nori and serve
