Ingredients
- 120g frozen cookedprawns
- 1/2 cup lettuce leaves
- 1/3 cup cucumber
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Soft shell tacos
- Coconut aminos and coconut oil for cooking prawns
Method
- Place prawns into pan with coconut oil and cook with sauce of your choice for flavouring
- Place tacos into 120 degree oven for 10minutes to warm up (optional)
- Cut lettuce, cucumber and avocado
- Place tacos on plate and assemble all vegetables on top followed by prawns
- Add Kewpie Mayonnaise on top to serve
