Ingredients
- 40 Med green Prawns or 24 green King Prawns
- oil
- 1 tbs Tamarind Paste
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 onion diced
- 2 TBLS Palm Sugar
- 2 TBLS Squid Sauce
- Coriander or green shoots for garnish
- 1 seeded chilli chopped
Method
- heat oil in wok or pan .
- Combine onion , garlic, chilli,palm sugar,fish sauce and tamarind paste dissolved in water. Add to wok or pan. Heat until onion softens.
- Add prawns and cook until prawns change colour.
- Remove prawns from wok and place in serving dish.
- Strain pan juices into small serving dish.
- Serve with Coconut Rice and garnish with your choice of greens.
