
Ingredients
- 500g of finely cut purple cabbage
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2.5 cups of flour
- 1.5 cups of chicken stock
- 2 rashers of bacon cut into 1cm pieces
- kewpie mayonaise
- Otafuku okonomiyaki sauce
- 2 eggs
Method
- To make the batter, Mix the eggs, flour and chickens stock together. Set aside
- Add the cabbage and bacon into the batter
- In a large fry pan, add the oil and ladle the combined mixture into the pan.
- On low- medium heat, cook for 10min then flip. Cool for another 5minThe mixture should make 2 large okonomiyaki
- Add the kewpie mayonaise and okonomiyaki sauce and enjoy!
