Ingredients
- Crumbed Chilli Chicken Tenders
- Fresh Sliced Avocado
- Cucumber
- Sushi Rice
- Sliced Carrot
- Kewpie Mayo
Method
- Cook 1 Cup of Sushi Rice with 2 Cups of water in Rice Cooker and allow to cool
- Air Fry on 180C 3 Chicken Tenders for 18 mins
- Layer Rice on Yaki Nori leaving 1cm from end
- Slice 1 chicken tender Lengthwise. Add to top end of Yaki Nori with avocado, cucumber, avocado and kewpie mayo
- Roll Sushi, a bamboo mat can help
- Repeat for remaining chicken tenders and rice
- Slice and serve with soy sauce
