Ingredients
- Yaki Nori for Sushi (4 Sheets)
- 1 Large Carrot
- 1 Large Cucumber
- 1 pack of pre-marinated Teriyaki Chicken from Woolworths
- 200g White Rice
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, cook Teriyaki Chicken until done.
- On a board, assemble Yaki Nori Roll with rice, cucumber, carrot and chicken - roll to complete.
