Method
- Pan fry your chicken thigh
- Boil water and drop 2 nuggets of curry in. Leave to melt while you cook your chicken, stir to thicken.
- Microwave your cauliflower rice and bok choy.Then assemble all to serve, with a decent pour of the curry sauce.
