Ingredients
- 1 tbs oil
- 200g chicken breast
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1 carrot
- 3 tbs oyster sauce
- 1 tbs oyster sauce
- 1 tbs kecap manis
Method
- Stir fry thinly sliced chicken in oil on high heat until lightly browned.
- Add carrot and corn (and any other desired vegetables) and cook on medium heat until cooked through.
- Stir sauces through chicken and vegetables until heated through. Quantity of sauces can be varied depending upon desired taste and consistency.
- Serve over steamed rice.
