Ingredients
- 1 cup Sushi Rice
 - 1 tbsp seseme oil
 - 200g salmon
 - 3 tbsp Obento Teriyaki Marinade
 - 2 carrots shredded
 - 1 cucumber grated
 - 1 heaped tbsp pink ginger
 - Half an avocado
 - Wasabi
 - Soy sauce
 - Obento Nori Wraps
 - Shredded cabbage sautéed in pan
 - Coriander to serve
 - Obento Sushi rice seasoning
 - Spring onion
 - Red pepper or capsicum
 - Kewpie Japanese mayonnaise
 
Method
- Cook 1 cup of sushi rice in microwave. Add sushi seasoning once cooked, put aside.
 - Marinade the salmon fillets in Teriyaki sauce.
 - In a small pan heat oil. Add shredded cabbage and sauté lightly
 - Grate carrot, cucumber, dice avocado, cut spring onion and red pepper - place ingredients in a bowl.
 - Add cooked rice to bowl with sautéed cabbage
 - Cook teriyaki salmon in pan or air fryer , add to bowl
 - Add condiments as desired : soy sauce , sesame seeds, kewpie mayo and and wasabi
 - Must not forget the Yaki Nori sheets cut up and placed in bowl for extra crunch! Enjoy :)
