Ingredients
- 1/3 cups Smokey BBQ sauce
- 2 tbs oyster sauce
- 1 tbs rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbs minced garlic
- 1 tbs crushed ginger
- 500g lean beef mince
- 400g Ramen noodles
- 250g of a coleslaw mix
- KEWPIE mayo
- 2 green shallots
- 2 nori sheets
- 1tbs oil of choice (I use olive)
Method
- Combine BBQ sauce, oyster sauce and vinegar in a bowl
- Heat olive oil in a large pan. Once hot add garlic and ginger. Fry for 1 minutes. Add mince. Cook until brown. You can add the whites of the shallots now.
- Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles as per packet instructions. Drain when cooked.
- Add sauce mix and cooked noodles into the pan until caramelised. Add ramen noodles and sauce mix. Toss.
- Remove from heat. Wave nori sheets over heat then crush and sprinkle over pan mixture.
- Serve with nori or fresh ginger. Top with green parts of the shallots, KEWPIE Mayo or soft boiled egg.
