Ingredients
- Ramen noodles
- Carrots
- Cucumber
- 2 eggs
- Ham
- Pickled (sushi) ginger
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
Method
- Cut cucumber and carrot into thin sticks
- Beat eggs, cook in a pan to make an omelette. Cut omelette into strips
- Cut ham into strips
- Cook ramen as per packet instructions
- Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and 2 tbsp water to make a sauce
- Put cooked ramen on a plate, top with cut ingredients and pickled ginger, drizzle with sauce. Serve and enjoy on a hot day!
