Ingredients
- 10 Sheets of Nori
- 4-6 cups raw baby spinach
- 2-3 medium sized tomatoes, cut into strips
- 1/2 medium sized cucumber, cut into strips
- 8-10 spears of asparagus, cut in half and ends trimmed
- 1/2 cup sprouts
- The juice of half an orange
Method
- Place a nori sheet, shiny side down on chopping board with long edge closest to you.
- Arrange the spinach, tomato, cucumber, asparagus, sprouts on one end of the sheet.
- Squeeze orange juice across the other end of the sheet and a little bit over the arranged vegetables.
- Roll the nori wrap up tightly. Cut in half and serve!
