Ingredients
- Pork fillets 1 kg
- Char siu sauce 1/2 a jar
- Cucumber 1
- Basmati rice 2 cups
- Oil 1 tablespoon
- Thai style dressing
- Crispy noodles
Method
- Cut pork fillet into strips
- Marinate the pork in the char siu sauce and put in the refrigerator for approximately 2 hours
- In a large frying pan heat oil on a high once pan is hot add pork fillet turn when pork begins to char and repeat the process on the other side and place in foil to rest
- Serve with cooked basmati rice sliced cucumber and sprinkle with crispy noodles
