Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breast
- 200 grm banana Prawns
- 1 jar red thai curry
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1 red Capsicum
- 1 green Capsicum
- 3 okra
- 1 red Chili
- 1 cuo corn
- 2 cups rice
- 1 red onion
- Peanut oil
- 1 tin coconut cream
Method
- Fry onion in peanut oil
- Add thai red curry sauce
- Add chicken and veg
- Stir till chicken slightly cooked
- Add coconut cream and Prawns
- Cool for 10 minutes
- Boil rice
- Voila! All done
