Ingredients
- Whole meal bread
- European sauerkraut
- Mortadella
- Everyday cheese
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Dijon mustard
Method
- Take 4 slices of wholemeal bread. Fill the sandwich with mortadella meat slices, 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut and cook in a sandwich press.
- When bread starts to brown, it’s time to add tablespoon of Dijon mustard. Kewpie mayonnaise and slices of cheese. Make sure mayonnaise is added last on the cheese slices for best taste.
- Close the sandwich press and cook until cheese melts. Enjoy
