Ingredients

Chicken
Filling;Cucumber CarrotMintCorianderShallots Lettuce
Sauce;Fish sauceOysters sauce Soy sauce Lime juiceSweet chilli sauce

Method

Cook and marinate chicken with teriyaki marinade hoisin and sweet chilli sauce.
Cut up all the filling. Slice the cucumbers, grate the carrot, roughly chop mint ,coriander, shallots and lettuce.
To make sauce combine all ingredients and adjust by taste.
