Ingredients
- Chicken mince
- Carrot
- Onion
- Oat milk
- Shredded cheese
- Sugar
- Granulated mushroom
- Salt
- Oyster sauce
- Egg white
- Panko crumbs
- Spring roll skin
- Corn flour
- Sunflower oil
Method
- Dice vegetables
- Cook onion and carrot
- Add granulated mushroom and sugar until caramelised
- Add chciken mince and milk
- Add oyster sauce and salt. Add extra granulated mushroom and sugar to taste
- Add cheese
- Add corn flour to thicken
- Place mixture in spring roll skin, coat in egg white and panko crumbs
- Heat up oil to deep fry. Once oil is heated, cook risol until golden
