Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice
- 300g salmon fillet
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 sheets of seaweed
Method
- Cook rice in rice cooker for approximately 15 minutes.
- Heat frypan to medium heat and cook salmon for 2-3 minutes either side.
- Add salmon and rice to a bowl and mix in mayonnaise, soy sauce and sriracha.
- Add seaweed sheets and sliced avocado to bowl and enjoy!
