
Ingredients
- Kewpie Mayo
- Salmon 150g marinated with olive oil and choice of seasoning (lemon salt)
- Serve of rice and seaweed
Method
- Prepare rice in rice cooker
- Marinate Salmon in olive oil and coat in lemon salt
- Place Salmon in air fryer at 200 degrees for 8 minutes
- Serve with rice in seaweed topped with Kewpie mayo and furakake
