Ingredients
- 100g Smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp of Kewpie Mayo
- 1 cucumber
- 2 serves of rice
- 80g baby spinach
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Method
- Add cooked rice and baby spinach to a bowl and combine with soy sauce
- Chop cucumber and slice avocado, then add to bowl
- Place smoked salmon in bowl and top with Kewpie mayo
