Ingredients
- 200g Salmon fillet
- Sushi rice
- 1 avocado
- Wasabi
- Soy sauce
- Nori seaweed
Method
- Boil sushi rice
- Slice salmon fillet into thin slices for nigiri and long strips for the sushi.
- Make long rice balls and place a dab of wasabi on top before layering a slice of salmon sashimi for the nigiri.
- Cut the avocado into long strips and assemble the seaweed with rice, avocado and salmon before rolling it into a sushi roll.
- Cut the sushi into pieces and enjoy!
