
Ingredients
- 600g Salmon
- 1.5 cups sushi rice
- 100g edamame
- 1 carrot
- Kewpie mayo
- Wasabi
- 1.5 cucumber
- Pickled ginger
- 1 avocado
- 5 tablespoons sushi rice seasoning
- Handful sesame seeds
Method
- 1. Cook sushi rice as per packet instructions
- 2. Cut all ingredients into cubes
- 3. Once rice is finished add sushi rice seasoning and mix and set aside
- 4. Assemble bowl together and sprinkle with sesame seeds
