Ingredients
- 200g Salmon Sashimi
- 1/2 Sliced Avocado
- 1/2 Cucumber sliced
- 2 cups of Japanese short grain rice
- Japanese dark soy sauce
- S & B Wasabi
Method
- Add 2.5 cups of water to the 2 cups of rice into a pot.
- Bring pot to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes
- Mix rice and allow to cool
- Place rice into bowl with Salmon Sashimi, avocado and cucumber. Serve with dark soy sauce and wasabi
