Ingredients
- 200g salmon fillet
- seaweed
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- sesame seeds
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Cut your salmon into cubes (remove the skin if not already removed when purchased).
- Cut your seaweed into strips to fit your muffin tray.
- Add the soy sauce, salt, pepper and sesame seeds to your salmon and mix well.
- Add 2 strips of seaweed into each muffin cup and top with a table spoon of salmon. Fill the entire muffin tray.
- Place into the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Top the cups with avocado before serving.
