Ingredients
- Mirin seasoning 250ml
- Cooking sake 250ml
- 350ml caster sugar
- 250ml soy sauce
- 200grm salmon dice
- 1pack of soba noodle
- Choices of vegetable
Method
- To make a sauce for salmonMix all the sauce in pot n cook all the sauce untill thick.
- Dice 200grm salmon and cook with sauce until caramelized.
- Boil the water and cook 1 pack of soba noodle.Strain and cool it down.
- Cut some vegetable you like to make a poke bowl.-i use dice tomatoDice cucumberDice avocadoShredded carrotShredded red cabbageEdamame.
- Plating and serve on the bowl and sprinkle with some white sesame and seaweed for garnish
