
Ingredients
- 2 of 200g salmon fillet
- 200g of Hakubaku soba noodles
- 1/4 cup Obento Mirin
- 1/4 cup Obento Sake
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup of water
- Half a sheet of Obento Yaki Nori
Method
- In a fry pan, medium heat, put your salmon steaks, skin side. Wait for 6 minutes then flip on flesh side for 2 minutes.
- Boil soba noodles for 3 minutes or until al dente. Rinse in cold water to stop the cooking.
- To make the dipping sauce, combine water, soy sauce, mirin, sake and half a sheet of nori. Heat it up in a small sauce pot.
- Assemble them all together and enjoy!
