Salmon Sushi

Ingredients
- Obento Yaki Nori Sheets
- Sushi Rice
- Kewpie Mayo
- Smoked Salmon
- Cucumber
- Lime Juice

Method
- Cook and cool sushi rice with 1 tbsp of lime juice
- Place nori sheet on sushi mat, add thin layer of rice to one edge, layer thinly sliced cucumber and thinly sliced smoked salmon and drizzle with Kewpie mayo.
- Gently roll to form sushi, with a sharp knife cut into 20 millimeter pieces.
- Serve immediately
