Ingredients
- Small sized prawn
- 1 salted egg York
- sheets of rice paper ( cut in shape of flowers)
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Chilly sauce ( optional)
- Oil ( 5 table spoon)
Method
- Cut the rice paper into flower shaped.
- Heat up oil and drop the rice paper into hot oil, take out in 5 seconds. Leave on paper towel to dry. Set aside
- Cook the prawns until cooked. Set aside
- Smash the salted egg York and heat up with 1 dash of chilly sauce. Add a dash of water and heat up until dissolved.
- Turn off the heat, add Kewpie mayonnaise according to taste ( 2-3 table spoons), add cooked prawns, mix everything up.
- Serve with rice paper
