Salted Egg York Prawn with Puff Rice Paper

Ingredients

• Small sized prawn
• 1 salted egg York
• sheets of rice paper ( cut in shape of flowers)
• Kewpie mayonnaise
• Chilly sauce ( optional)
• Oil ( 5 table spoon)

Method

1. Cut the rice paper into flower shaped.
2. Heat up oil and drop the rice paper into hot oil, take out in 5 seconds. Leave on paper towel to dry. Set aside
3. Cook the prawns until cooked. Set aside
4. Smash the salted egg York and heat up with 1 dash of chilly sauce. Add a dash of water and heat up until dissolved.
5. Turn off the heat, add Kewpie mayonnaise according to taste ( 2-3 table spoons), add cooked prawns, mix everything up.
6. Serve with rice paper
