Ingredients
- saluyot/ Nalta juteBamboo shoot
- oil from the pork that being sauted,. 8 pcs.garlic, 1 onion. and 10 grams of ginger. salt
- 1/4 pork meat. small slices
Method
- saute the pork meat until the meat cook.then add the garlic, onion and ginger.saute it for 3 minutes then add water.2 cups
- just add salt 1 tbsp. to taste
- medium pan to cook. heat the pan then put the pork meat until brown then put the spices. garl8c. onion and ginger cook for 3 minutes then add water. wait until it boil then put the Nalta jutes and bamboo shoot put 1 tbsp salt to taste. cook foe 30 miutes.
