Ingredients
- 500g Extra Lean Pork Mince
- Onion Sliced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 225g tin of Water Chestnuts chopped
- Half red capsicum chopped
- Frozen corn
- 1/4 Cabbage chopped finely
- 1 bundle of Vermicelli Noodles soaked in water and chopped up.
- 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee San Choy Bao Sauce
- Add extra Oyster sauce to taste
- Add soy sauce to taste
Method
- Saute Onion, Capsicum and Cabbage with garlic in a fry pan till soft about 10 minutes
- Soak Vermicelli Noodles in Hot Water in a separate bowl and drain and chop up
- Add Extra Lean Pork Mince to fry pan and cook till browned drain off any excess fat
- Set frozen corn in a bowl of water to thaw
- Add Vermicelli Noodles, Corn and Chopped Water Chestnuts stir through to combine
- Add packet of Lee Kum Kee San Choy Bao Sauce and stir through till well combined adding extra oyster sauce and soy sauce to taste
- Serve in a Bowl and Enjoy.
