Ingredients
- 0.5 tsp Garlic, minced
- 0.5 tsp Ginger, minced
- 0.5 Onion finely chopped
- 300g Pork mince
- Small Carrot, finely chopped
- 100g Canned water chestnuts, finely chopped
- 5 x Baby corn, finely chopped
- 5 x Shiitake mushrooms, finely chopped
- Iceberg lettuce leaves
- 1.25 tsp Corn flour
- 1.5 tsp Light soy
- 1 tsp Dark soy
- 2 TBSP Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 TBSP Mirin
- 1 tsp White sugar
- 3 TBSP water
- Chopped peanuts
- Chopped green onion stems
Method
- Mix sauce ingredients:1tsp cornflour 3tbsp water 1.5 TBSP light soy1 tsp dark soy1 tsp sesame oil2 TBSP Chinese cooking wine 1 tsp sugar
- Fry garlic and ginger in 1 TBSP sunflower oil for 1 min then add onion and fry for 1 minute
- When onion is soft, add pork mince and cook until white
- Add all vegetables and cook for 2min until carrots are soft then add sauce
- Cook for 1.5min until sauce thickens
- Serve with lettuce leaves. Scoop filling into a leaf, garnish with peanuts, green onion and chilli crisp (optional)
