Ingredients
- Sauce ingredients- 1/1-2 tbsp Soy sauce 2 tbsp Oyster sauce 1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp Sesame oil 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
- 1 tbsp Peanut oil
- 300 gm Pork Mince
- I tsp Garlic and Ginger
- 1 Onion 1 Carrot 45gm Sweetcorn 100 gm Water Chestnut 5 shiitake mushrooms all chopped finely
- 12-16 lettuce leaves for cups with crushed peanuts and finely sliced green onion

Method
- Mix sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside for adding later.
- Cook garlic and ginger in the peanut oil at hot wok, add onion and cook until translucent.Add pork and cook until white then add vegetables until cooked through.Add the sauce and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Serve into lettuce cups and garnish to satisfaction.😎
