Ingredients
- 500g pork mince
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 1tbs ginger minced
- 4 spring onion
- Can water chestnuts diced
- Can bamboo shoots diced
- 10 shiitake mushroom diced
- 1 long red chilli diced
- 2tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs oyster sauce
- 2 tbs Chinese cooking wine
- 1 tbs peanut sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Crushed peanuts
- Iceberg lettuce
Method
- Heat peanut oil in wok, add pork mince and cook for 3 minutes or until just cooked through
- Add spring onion (put aside 1/3rd for garnish), garlic, ginger, chilli, mushrooms, bamboo and chestnusts cooked for another 2 minutes
- Combine sesame oil, soy, oyster and Chinese cooking wine and add to meat mixture
- Serve in Lettuce cups and garnish with spring Onions and peanuts
