Ingredients
- 1tsp cornflour
- 4tbsp water
- 2tbsp soy sauce
- 2tbsp oyster sauce
- 2tbsp Chinese cooking wine
- 1tsp sesame oil
- Oil
- 2 clove minced garlic, minced
- 1tsp ginger, minced
- 500g pork mince
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can VALCOM water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 can baby corn, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- Handful mushrooms, chopped
- Lettuce (leaves separated)
- Vermicelli rice noodles (optional)
- Crushed peanuts
Method
- Combine all sauce ingredients (cornflour, water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine.)
- Heat a saucepan on high heat, add oil and mince pork. Cook pork through then add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add remaining ingredients (excluding lettuce, vermicelli noodles, peanuts and sauce) and cook for 5minutes until vegetables start to soften.
- Add sauce and cook for one minute, then remove from heat.
- To serve, add lettuce leaves to a bowl with pork mix. Add vermicelli noodles if using (follow packet instructions to cook) and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.You can also serve individually in lettuce wraps.ENJOY!
