- Wasabi
- Avocado
- Egg
- Soy sauce
Method
- Cut up salmon and avocado into bit sizes
- Combine soy sauce and wasabi together
- Poach two eggs
- Mix eggs, avocado and salmon
- Pour sauce on to the salmon egg and avocado mix
