Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Kecap Manis
- 1/4 cup water
- 600g chicken tenderloins
- Whole broccoli
- Hokkien noodles
- 1/4 cup Coconut milk
- 1/4 cup Crunchy peanut butter
- Red chilli
- Lime
- Coriander
Method
- Brown chickenSoak noodles for 3 minutes in boiling water
- Combine peanut butter, kecap manis and coconut milk
- Cut broccoli in florets, add to browned chicken tenderloins
- Add 1/4 cup water. Blanch broccoli
- Add sauce and noodles
- Add thinly sliced red chilli Squeeze lime juice
- Serve up, with fresh coriander
