Method
- Cut all into small dices of the chickenThen mix it with the seasonings and chicken oil also put some soy sauces and bullion poweder.
- Mix it well marinates around 2hours and put into the skewers, put some chicken oil and grill into oven for 25 minutes.
- Make the curry sauces and and some chicken oil after finish the grilled chicken satay from the oven preps pour the sauce on the top the add some dried shallots, ready to serve.
