Ingredients
- 250g sliced swiss brown mushrooms
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 Tbsp ABC Sesame Oil
- 750g chicken mince
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 cup bean shoots
- 2 fresh red chillis, sliced
- 2 Tbsp chopped coriander
- 2 Tbsp OBento Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tbsp ABC Kepis Manis
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- Cos lettuce leaves
Method
- Warm ABC Sesame Oil in wok, add mushrooms and ginger and cook until mushrooms are soft.
- Add the chicken mince and carrot and stir, cooking until mince is cooked through.
- Add the OBento Teriyaki sauce, Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce, ABC Kepis Manis and soy sauce and stir through.
- Add most of the bean shoots and coriander and stir through, reserving a small amount of each for serving.
- Place a lettuce leaf in a bowl, and spoon in some of the mince mixture.
- Sprinkle over some of the reserved bean shoots and coriander.
- Sprinkle over sliced chilli and additional OBento Teriyaki Sauce to taste.
- Roll the lettuce leaf up, eat and enjoy!
