Ingredients
- Onbento Panko breadcrumbs
- Puff pastry
- Chicken fillets & sausage mince
- Grated carrot
- Sesame seeds
- Garlic, Herbs & spices
- 1 egg
Method
- Combine sausage mince, grated carrots, the white of 1 egg, garlic, herbs & spices and 1 cup of Obento panko breadcrumbs in a bowl.
- Lay out pastry sheets to thaw, and spoon mixture into even lines along pastry. Roll into even rolls. Baste with egg yolk using a pastry brush. Use remaining breadcrumbs to egg wash and crumb tenderised chicken fillets. Add sesame seeds atop everything.
- Cook for 45mins at 170 degrees.
