Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked Sushi rice
- 6 tablespoons Obento sushi seasoning
- 150g smoked salmon
- 1 tin small plain tuna
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Half an avocado
- Obento yaki nori seaweed
Method
- Cook the sushi rice as per instructions. While hot, add 6 tablespoons of Obento sushi seasoning. Then pop in fridge to cool it down quicker.
- While cooking rice and cooking it, tear up salmon into small bits. Also mix tuna in bowl with mayonnaise. Cut up avocado into small strips.
- Once rice is cool or room temp, lay a thin layer onto a seaweed sushi, leaving a 2cm gap at one end.
- Add salmon and avocado in one strip. Then on another seaweed sushi with rice, add tuna and mayo mix with avocado. Roll them up!
- Cut straight away or pop in fridge for them to cool more and cut later.
- Great for an easy and nutritious school lunch!
