Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Left over cooked meats from previous meals (salmon, chicken, etc)
- Obento sushi & sashimi soy sauce
- Sliced vege fillings (cucumber, avocado, etc)
- Nori sushi paper
Method
- Prepare sushi rice as per normal
- Once cooked, spread thin layer of sushi rice over half of Nori paper
- Spread a column of your leftover meats along rice, then add your desired veges
- Roll sushi up into a tight roll, cut to desired sizes
- Dip your second-go sushi rolls into their obento sushi soy and enjoy.Great way to use up your leftovers in a new way with deliscious flavours
