Ingredients
- Fresh Salmon
- Kewpie Mayo
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Mango Chili
- Sticky Balsamic Pearls
- Green Sriracha Sauce
- Quail Eggs
Method
- Take Salmon portion. Season with salt, pepper and a touch of garlic, you don't want to add too much seasoning, let the Salmon flavour "sing"!
- Pan fry 3 minutes each side, leave in pan, skin side down, to crisp up.
- Dress Salmon with tangy sweet Kewpie Mayo, going across the flesh, then add a line of mango chilli and green sriracha sauce, finish off with sticky balsamic pearls and halved quail eggs.These combined toppings, finishing the dish, enhance the Salmon's natural flavours, as it dances upon your tastebuds!
