- Salmon
- Pinch Salt & Pepper
- Smear of garlic
- Kewpie Mayo
- Mango Chili

Method
- Take Salmon portion. Season with salt, pepper and a touch of garlic.
- Place in hot pan with olive oil and pan fry 3 minutes each side, leave in pan to crisp up.
- Dress Salmon with tangy sweet Kewpie Mayo, going across the flesh, then add a line of mango chilli and green sriracha sauce, finish off with sticky balsamic pearls.
- These combined toppings, complete the dish, enhance the Salmon's natural flavours, as it dances upon your tastebuds!
