
Ingredients
- Sushi Rice
- Sushi Seasoning
- Yaki noring
- Smoked Salmon
- Cream cheese
- Cucumber
Method
- Cook Rice. Place into flat dish, add seasoning. Stir with wooden spoon. Cool to room temperature.
- Cut up cucumber and prepare Salmon into strip's.
- Place seaweed onto mat, place a portion of cooled rice, using hands mat down, leave small edges at the end.Place Cream cheese, cucumber, then Salmon at one end. Roll.
- Chill in fridge before cutting to desired size
