Ingredients
- 500gm kangaroo mince
- 2bs sesame oil
- 1/3 cup oyster sauce
- 1/3 cup light soy sauce
- 1/2 green beans cut into 2cm lengths
- 1 bunch choy sum chopped into 2cm lengths
- 1 small onion sliced into wedges
- 4 green spring onions thinly sliced
- 1 packet Hakubaku Udon noodles
- 2 -3 tbs sesame seeds
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- 2 tbs brown sugar
Method
- To make the sauce combine oyster sauce, sugar and sesame oil and set aside
- Cook noodles according to instructions
- In a large pan or wok, brown mince and onion in vegetable oil. Once brown add half the sesame seeds and stir through for one minute.
- Then add choy sum and beans. Stir fry until just tender
- Add the sauce and stir through
- Drain noodles and add to meat and vegetable mixture. Heat through for 1 -2 minutes.
- Serve with extra sesame seeds and sliced green spring onions
