Ingredients
- 1 x Hakubaku Ramen Noodles
- 150g Firm Tofu
- 1 Tbs Chili Oil
- 3 Tbs Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbs Corn Flour
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbs Tahini
- 1 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
- 1 tsp White Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Chinese Five Spice
- Black Pepper
- Spray Oil
- 1 Spring Onion
- 1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds
Method
- Cut tofu into 1cm cubes. Combine Chili Oil and 2 Tsp Soy Sauce in a bowl, add tofu and marinate for 5 minutes.
- Combine Corn Flour, 1 tsp Garlic Powder and Cracked Pepper in a freezer bag and mix. Add Tofu and coat.
- Add Tofu to air fryer and spray with Spray Oil and cook for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Shake and cook for a further 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Bring water to boil and cook Hakubaku Ramen Noodles according to packet.
- While noodles are cooking, combine 1 Tbs Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tbs Tahini, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1/2 tsp Chinese Five Spice and 1 tsp White Sugar.
- Drain cooked noodles, add sesame sauce to noodles and combine. Serve with golden brown tofu and garnish with sliced Spring Onions and Sesame Seeds.
