- 1tbsp of Sesame paste
- 1 pinch of chicken stock powder

Method
- Whisk 1 egg to make 1 sheet of thin omelette. Set aside and slice into thin pieces once cooled.
- Toss the Obento Ramen into hot water to soften, then drain well and put into serving bowl to cool.OR prick holes in the packet and microwave for 1min, then set aside in a bowl to cool.
- Cut all the fresh topping ingredients - carrot, cucumber, tomato. You can use any amount as you like.
- Chop ham and drain the crab meat.
- In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients- ponzu, sesame paste, chicken stock and sugar. Mix well until all dissolved and add water until desired consistency. (You can add more sugar if you feel the ponzu is too tart OR add more sesame paste if you like a thicker nuttier flavour)
