Ingredients
- 1 can tuna
- 2Tblspoon finely diced onion
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced
- 2Tblespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 2Tblespoon Kewpie mayonnaise
- Optional: pickled jalapeƱos, finely diced, to taste
- Sriracha flavoured kewpie mayonnaise, to taste
- 1/2 Avocado, sliced
- 1 packet seaweed snack
Method
- Add can of tuna, diced onion, diced celery, parsley and jalapeƱos (if using) to a bowl and mix with Kewpie mayonnaise until combined well
- To serve, add a spoonful of tuna salad onto a piece of seaweed, add a slice of avocado and top with Sriracha flavoured kewpie to taste
- Place sushi in your mouth and enjoy!
