
Ingredients
- Spring Onion - 1 Stalk
- Smashed Ginger - 30gm
- Obento Cooking Sake - 2 Spoons
- Water - 500ml
- Raw Peanuts - 200gm (Soak Overnight or min 2hrs)
- Valcom Water Chestnut Slices - 1/2 tin
- Corn 1 pcs (Cut into quarter)
- Dates - 2pcs
- Goji Berries - 2 spoons
- Dried Mandarin Peels - 1pc or 5gm
- Pork Ribs (cut into 4cm long) - 400gm
- Water - 1.5L
- Salt - 2 tea spoons
- Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce - 3 spoons
Method
- Put in spring onion, ginger, cooking sake, water and pork rib into a soup pot and bring to boiled. Only keep the pork ribs and clean under running water once cook.
- Put in pork ribs in cleaned soup pot and pan fried for 2 mins under medium heat.
- Pour in all other ingredients (except salt and soy sauce) into pot and bring to boil with strong heat approximately 30mins. Turn fire to low heat and continuously to boil for 2.5hrs.
- Seasoning with salt and soy sauce. Stir well and ready to serve
