Ingredients
- 5g pack Dashi soup mix (750ml water)
- 1 tbsp Obento cooking sake
- 2 tbsp obento mirin
- 6 tbsp light soy
- 1 sheet obento yaki nori
- 1 tbsp spring onions
- Dried soba noodle (1 portion)
- Wasabi to taste
Method
- Boil dashi mix and water adding in sake, mirin, and soy with finely chopped yaki nori and spring onions, once boiled leave in pot with lid on. (keep warm)
- Boil water for soba noodles as on pack, after cooked run cold water to stop them over cooking
- Place noodles in bowl with squares of yaki nori on side, and add soup. Add wasabi for extra flavour.
